Welcome back to the Fitness Legitness podcast. Today, we have Molly Galbraith on the show with us. Molly has been a part of the fitness industry for 17 years, is the author of the book Strong Women Lift Each Other Up, and the co-founder of the company Girls Gone Strong, a movement dedicated to women's empowerment and health (one of my 'go-to' platforms!).

In her epic book, she talks about topics like how to say no and how not to tie your worth to your appearance or other secondary factors. It discusses how women can understand who they are and who they want to become.

Today, we’re going to discuss the common barriers women face in their personal and professional lives, how to stop seeing other women as 'competition,' and what you can do to make a difference for other women. You’ll learn about how you can break through barriers and become a confident, take-no-shit version of yourself.

In the episode, we discuss how feelings like jealousy are normal but can be turned into a positive emotion. Learn how you can become confident and encourage women around you to do the same. Elevate your self-esteem by knowing how to re-train your brain, respond to feedback, and become more assertive.

Learn concepts like how to check whether your values match with others. Know how to set boundaries and normalize experiencing certain emotions. Learn how to be confident about your body image and overcome the scarcity mindset that holds you back from your goals.By listening to this podcast, not only will you’ll learn how not to let criticism get to your head, you'll have clear, actionable steps to help you improve your inner game.

As always, Molly is super generous with her time and wisdom.
